Start Training
Have you ever just stopped training for one reason or another? The first thing you feel is a loss of energy and stiffness in your body. So what's a person to do?

Head right back into an exercise routine, whether your choice is martial arts or aerobics. Once you return to exercising, you'll immediately feel the difference.

There's no bad time to start an exercise program. After three to four weeks of regular training, the soreness will be gone and you will be hooked on how much better you feel, regardless of age or physical stature. It makes my body shiver when I hear people say they can't do martial arts because "I'm too old." You're never too old, to do anything.

Start your Kung Fu training by working out three days a week and gradually increase your time. Be sure to eat properly and get enough sleep when you begin an exercise program. A good program includes stretching, an aerobic workout and strength routine. Be sure to warm up and cool down before and after each workout.

Keep positive and work out as often as you can. Every little bit helps.
